WHAT IS BODYATTACK?
BODYATTACK ™ is a fitness class that requires a lot of energy with movements that are for the truly beginner to the truly skilled. We combine athletic movements such as running, lunging and jumping with strength training such as push-ups and squats. The LES MILLS ™ instructor will get your energy channeled out and guide you through training – test your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories * to finally make you satisfied with your sense of accomplishment.
BODYATTACK is available in 55, 45 or 30 minute exercises.
BODYATTACK is a whole body exercise that burns calories while tightening and forming muscles. You will build stamina, and our movements which are inspired by sports will increase your coordination and agility. Act faster in everything you do.
You can adjust your BODYATTACK workouts to your current fitness level. Our instructors give you lighter movement choices to match each exercise to your fitness level. Research shows that the secret to being healthy for life is to strengthen your body health slowly, so we recommend starting with 1-2 classes a week and increasing it to your liking.
